The following ideas use the chassis of the Panthers for anti-aircraft tanks were realized only on the drawing board or as a model:
- 8,8 cm FlaK on self-propelled carriage Panther
- 12,8 cm FlaK on self-propelled carriage Panther
- Turret for 3,7 cm FlaK-Zwilling, Gerät 554, cover name COELIAN
- Turret for 5,5 cm FlaK-Zwilling
- Turret for Panther II with quad MG 151 / 20 (2cm air force MG)
Proposal from Rheimetall from May 1943. Never came beyond this stage.
